@John Worley they're in every hardware store and it's been years but I assume I got it from home depot, Lowes, or ace hardware. You can also find them on Amazon pretty cheap.

@KZhome Scientist or a car window along the edge. Or a cinderblock, or newspaper. Honestly automotive grade sandpaper in high grits (2000+) is my go to for a quick touchup.

@Rick Sanchez it would work. A tuna can lid can cut pretty well. It's geometry, and a bunch of other stuff that actually makes it a "knife" that I ain't going to bother explaining.

This advice will destroy the grind on some knives. Run a knife like a Scandinavian grind Mora through this at will change the function of the knife. You will have remove quite a bit of the knife to return it the scandi grind.

They are all just V sharpeners. Alternatively you could go to the most any store and buy a proper V sharpener for 20 bucks. Save your knife and actually sharpen it. I do know what I'm talking about as I'm a butcher myself.
